Hille specializes in the development of tailor-made winding machines. From 3 to 5 axis winding machines to robot winding machines, we develop and design the right winding machine for your product. We have already realized yarn speeds of up to 3m/s and products of up to 6m diameter and a length of 12m. We also offer the options of taping, mandrelling, sawing and grinding of tubes.

Our portfolio of soaking baths is diverse, so we specialize in both immersion soaking and drum soaking. We supply our watering baths in combination with complete systems or as a stand-alone solution. The Hille-Connect interface enables you to bring your existing system up to the latest state of the art with little effort.

The heart of fiber processing and our 40 years of experience bundled in one product! Highly dynamic unwinding with very precise yarn tension – that is our core know-how. You can configure your creel from our standard modules, enabling us to realize short delivery times.

Our modules consist of:

• Coil slots for 3″ sleeves (can be extended using our coil adapters )
• Low-friction rotary or linear dancers for thread tensions
  from 1N to 50N
• Single thread guide up to the delivery head
• Yarn tension measurement for individual yarns or slivers
  Additional yarn brake

Our pneumatic coil adapters can be mounted on all standard 3-inch coil shafts. The outside is made of a hard-wearing rubber that expands evenly when filled with compressed air. Attached to this are aluminum strips that clamp the coil you have selected.

This standard adapter is particularly suitable for bobbins that are usually used for internal take-off and a bobbin inner diameter of 160 mm. If you require a different size, we will be happy to work closely with you to develop the right coil adapter for you and your process.

This robot-controlled stitch head enables fibers to be inserted at any angle into semi-finished fiber composite products to reinforce the structure. Depending on the stitch depth and process, up to 200 stitches/min are possible.
