Bonding
The picture shows a system for sewing textile webs into a continuous belt up to 12 meters wide. The infeed of the material is realized with an automatic web edge control and the joining of the two webs to be sewn is carried out by detecting a woven-in UV thread.
Cutting table
Here you can see a mobile system for the fully automatic cutting to length of textile webs with wedge-shaped leading and trailing edges in preparation for the bonding process. The web tension can be freely selected and the fabric can be printed with UV ink using a web edge-controlled printer.
Mobile rolling machine
The picture shows a stationary machine for rolling up endless webs up to 12 m wide after the testing process. The design even allows the operator to turn on the spot and travel at speeds of up to 2 m/s in battery mode.
